So much for all my grand plans of submitting more Marvel Mites and loads of random doodles. I seem to have spent the last 3/4 months either working on stuff which im not allowed to put on here (commission work, etc...) or doing more theatre stuff. Hopefully now though, im back on track and can start doing some more drawing/doodling for my own amusement

Because the little Marvel Mites seem to be popular im starting them back up again. Also i think they're really fun to draw and i can knock them out quite quickly (the first 3 all new marvel mites in my gallery were all knocked out in a couple of hours!)
If anyone has any suggestions for some Marvel Mite pics or if there is something that you'd like to see then let me know.
Also expect to see some appearances from Diddy Doctor Who in the near future.

Righto! Can finally get back to doodling, have had a hectic week of drama festivals (who won best male performer - ME!) and being in hospital with my son (nothing serious but bad enough to spend 3 days in!)

Not so much an art driven post, as just a ramble. Im unhappy with my hair at the moment, but i can't cut it cos it needs to be the length it is for a play im doing next week, on friday 13th .This play also requires me to have a moustache which also annoys me. Don't get me wrong, i am rarely clean shaven, in fact for the most part im stubbly or beardy. But theres something about just having a tache which makes me look sex offenderish. My girlfriend is frightened of the tache; that said so am I .
As my gallery shows all i've been up to is practising with flash and my new graphics tablet (£50 from Argos). Really want a Wacom Cintiq as you draw straight onto the screen
Im still waiting for that spark of inspiration that will set me off on something a bit more structured!

I seem to find myself stuck in a rut a the moment. I have no problems coming up with characters and a vague resemblance of a concept, but writing a plot, script or a joke thats even half funny or that doesn't remind me of someone elses work is killing me.
Being nearly 30 and only deciding now that i should subject the world to my cartoonyness (is that even a word?) I have no-one who to bounce ideas off, as all of my friends are more concerned with mortgages and relationships, than to discuss cartoons!
I can't even decide what to do next. Do i do a panel comic, a strip, or a flash cartoon. Seeing that Whubble toon seems to be popular (f'ing 'ell, even Jamie liked it!?), im half tempted to do a Space Raoul flash on a more epic scale than the Whubble one (you know, actually spend more than 5 hours on it, and animate rather than tweens - cos i can animate, oh yes!) but i don't want to be labelled as the guy who animates other peoples comics! Or maybe thats the way to go and persue animation or fan-art. I seem to be gifted/cursed with the ability to draw in anyones style that i've looked at.
Need help and ideas!

decided to stick some of my doodles and cartoons on here because
A) once its on here its easier to find than rummaging through my sketchbooks (of which there are many)
B) someone one day may like what they see and want to pay me to draw cartoons for a living
C) i draw a lot a work and i hate people looking over my shoulder when im drawing, so i can direct them here if they want to have a looksee!
